Looking for advice on preperation legal to give free samples and surveys for a company is not open yet?

I want to open a business where I would sell all-natural products for health, beauty, household, and pain management, and other things related to herbalism, aromatherapy and other natural health products. I tested my recipes myself, and the family has tested me, but I would get a table at the health and wellness fair to give the investigations into the future of my business and give free samples with my name and number for people to try. I try to learn more about the legal preparations I should do. I do not have a trade name registered or anything, I just want to do some research to prepare myself a little more before I continue with the process of opening a small business. Any advice would be really appreciated.

You should not have to worry about any legality, if you do not sell anything. However, if you sell these things you will need a license to sell or retail license. I am a naturopathic doctor and I will not sell drugs Herbal for the people. All I have is my license. However, I would be interested in what products you have to offer. If you could send me samples I would like to try. As I finally ordered a lot of my business because I do not have time to do myself facing my clients. I owe a lot to do because I offer medical information and consultations to people in need my services. You can also try nolo law, they are a site of mutual legal assistance. Make a warning that you are not a doctor and you does not claim that these products can cure anything. This will protect you against someone who tries to sue you. You do not claim to legal action.
