How you and your therapy practice unique?
I see life as an exciting adventure! I very easy to live with and a very positive person and compassion. People meet me and I think I had a "perfect" life, but I not always thought so. I lived a life full of these unimaginable circumstances and extraordinary experiences that gave me the gifts of awareness, intuition and experience of life. Every day I'm passionate and curious and want to do and learn more about myself & the world I live in. I have lived and traveled and worked with people around the world. I am a student of life (in reality, this is I do for fun) and I love sharing what I learned by myself to help inspire others.
My clients feel very safe, valued and understood that we look at what is true in their world, and what we must do to help create and live a better life story. We examine how they live their lives on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels and goals and intentions to move forward and live more joy in each of these areas. We will look at how they take care of themselves and find healthy ways to cope better cope with daily struggles. We'll see how they think and limiting beliefs that prevent small. I help my clients find a voice better than we work to improve communication and assertiveness so that they feel more confident and comfortable and can then experience a greater feeling of love and connection. Overall, I love helping people develop a sense of who they are and learn to appreciate themselves more and enjoy life and people in them .... I help my clients learn to love and feel worthy of love by taking better care of themselves.
I love being creative and using an eclectic mix of traditional and unique interventions (East and West) to help create positive results. I offer lifestyle advice and also provide: support for changes in personal style and wardrobe, design consultants and design ideas for home and other personal care techniques such as learning how to upgrade or do their own makeup and hair. I am known to give a home game as: help in creating a healthy cuisine, Meditation CD's, yoga or Movement Therapy Strength and support fertility, and work packages that help guide my clients to live their new money, career, relationship, the success or welfare Story. My intention is to help my clients look and feel Beautiful to reflect their best autonomous home or in any environment.
Do I really need therapy? I can usually handle my problems.
Everyone goes through difficult situations in life, and all you can be successfully navigated to other difficulties you have encountered, there nothing wrong with seeking the support of a good coach when necessary. In fact, the therapy is for people who have enough conscience self-realizing that they sometimes need a helping hand, and it is something to admire. You take responsibility by accepting where you are at in life and make a commitment to rectify the situation and overcome all the challenges you face. Is a substitute for drug therapy?
It is well established that the long-term solution for mental health and emotional problems and pain can not be solved by medication. Instead of simply treating the symptoms, treatment addresses the underlying causes distress and behaviors that hinder progress and contribute to "dis-ease." In some cases, a combination of medication and therapy is good guideline. A good therapist is working with a psychiatrist or a doctor and can help you determine what is best for you. Therapy confidential?
In general, the law protects the confidentiality of all communications between a client and psychotherapist.
No information is disclosed without the prior written permission of the customer.
However, there are exceptions required by law to this rule.
Exceptions include:
* The abuse of suspected child abuse or dependent adult or elder.
The therapist is required to report this to authorities immediately.
* If a customer is a threat of serious bodily harm to another person.
The therapist must notify the police.
* If a client intends to harm himself or herself.
The therapist will make every effort to work with the person to ensure their safety, however, if a person does not cooperate, further measures will be taken.
