Natural Health?
I would like to find natural alternatives to everyday things like cleaning, beauty routine, health, etc. ... I am new to this ... yes, what are some natural remedies, and recipes for every day?
There are many natural alternatives in all there! The first thing I would do is try to eliminate all processed and refined foods from your diet. Who will have a lot of chemicals and preservatives in your body. Most foods, if not all processed and refined have added chemicals or used during processing. Try eating fruits and vegetables. If you can not afford it, buy organic F & V have thin skin (for such as apples, peppers, lettuce), which absorb more pesticides. F & V Thicker skin, such as cantaloupes, oranges, etc., are less permeable. Then, go to your local health store, there are plenty of beauty and cleaning products! Try to find cleaning products without chlorine bleach, sulfates, VOCs, etc. You'd be surprised how much work the best natural products. I love cleaning with Simple Green All-Purpose Cleaner. It smells so good! For simple homemade recipe, use regular vinegar or lemon juice to remove grease and leave a shine on the windows clean. With cosmetics, there are so many chemicals found in lotions, hair styling products, toothpaste, shampoo, antiperspirant, and makeup, I'll only list a few. Stay away from parabens, fragrance, sodium lauryl sulfate (foaming agents), and fluoride. I had no idea how many chemicals they put in the cosmetic average. Considering that we use 7-11 products a day on our body is a lot. I really like the Green Line of Beauty Beaver. I use their shampoo, body gel, facial cleanser, eye makeup remover and toothpaste. All their products are totally organic products without chemical, and even edible (the owner told me that!). Feel free to use their products ... haha. For makeup, I started using Physician's Formula organic line of foundation, concealer and bronzer. I really like it! It has no chemicals, dyes, etc. The best idea is to visit your local health store and have a nice long conversation of some employees (provided they are well experienced and well informed about all these things ... Most stores are not). Pretty much keep things as natural as possible. Humans were not built to ingest and eliminate the chemicals from their body.
